SOY
CURLS Hash Browns:
Ingredients:
4 large
potatoes, grated
1 lg. onion, diced
1 clove garlic,
diced
small amount of oil
1 cup
SOY CURLS soaked in 3 cups
hot water - 3 tsp Braggs Aminos or soy sauce
Directions:
Saute
oil, onion, and garlic briefly. Drain SOY
CURLS and toss on top of onions.
Put
potatoes on top and stir often on medium heat until the
food begins to wilt down, then
lower heat
and cook
until potatoes are tender, stirring occasionaly. Season with
chicken
style seasoning, Braggs liquid aminos, or more soy sauce and salt if
desired.
Covering the pan will make it softer, leaving it open
they'll be drier. Serve hot!
